Technician, Tate, came out and diagnosed the... issue very quickly. Although it can not be repaired quickly for various reasons, I felt very confident in and reassured by Tate. He was kind to stay a bit longer and explain just how the system works and answered all my questions in a professional manner.Work completed and I could not be more pleased. Really. These guys (Augie, Cooper and Tate) worked efficiently and quietly, and really knew what they were doing. They were also very unobstrusive and polite and cleaned up everything. When they left, I wouldn't have known they had even been here except that I now have air conditioning and am not worried about a failing furnace in the winter time.
